Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has opened up about helping out with the club’s reserve team. Not just managing the first team only.

“This is completely new to the people of Manchester United. UFABET But I had a conversation with the club before when I was negotiating with the club. And they immediately accepted it.” Ten Hag said.
“They look at Ajax with admiration for the club’s successful management of young players through its system.”
“In my view Collaboration between all parties is essential in creating the right culture at a club like Ajax. The reserve team there is under the manager’s responsibility. That’s the only way I can shape the continuity of young, talented players going into the first team.
“When I came to manage Manchester United, the reserve team was isolated. Not part of the academy but not part of the first team either. So I made the change immediately, like when I was at Ajax.”
“I also give the coaches the freedom to work. But I gave them directions. So the final responsibility rests on me in terms of how the reserves perform. And the continuity of players going from the reserves to the first team.
